SAN SALVADOR - Four prisoners in an El Salvador jail really know how to take it up the butt.. Prison officials found cell phones, chargers, and spare chips all shoved up the prisoners' rectums "far enough to reach their intestines." The four men, all members of the Mara Salvatrucha street gang, had wrapped the items in plastic and hid them in order to coordinate crimes from their cells. The phones were discovered during X-ray examinations following six weeks of investigations. The men are the first in El Salvador to go to such lengths to carry out robberies, blackmail and murders outside of prison.
