well, I do like some of them, like Blackadder, but that's really more of a play on screen. usually a movie of today has no plot and a really LOOOOOONG intro, with lots of DVD indulgent "choices", where you can't even navigate to the goddamn movie and just watch the son of a bitch. I liked Kill Bill 1 a lot. I don't know if its any "good". I like the Twilight Zone from the 60's, the REAL ones, but that's TV, another medium. I didn't like Mulholland Drive, I did like Twin Peaks: Fire On Ice, or whatever its called, it had a STORY, and a pretty cool homicidal maniac. The Dad. I knew he was fucking his daughter, how did I know? in a fucking movie, its so contrived, how many choices can there be? its gotta be the dad, its a mathematical certainty.
