I hear on the news about the ACCD scandal, somebody got caught skimming money. This must be Joe Horn's "boss", eh? Horn talks about "physically" supporting roots music. I see a connection here. Now tell me is this a coincidence? He said 12 years, ok 12 years of this shit, and his "retirement" is announced the SAME DAY as the ACCD crook is stepping down. I've said it all along "Payola To The Max".
